To serve as platform where all girls and young women regardless of religion, income level or social status, are nurtured and empowered to reach their full potential.


To equip, educate, enlighten and
 motivate girls and women to develop
 confidence, self-esteem, wellbeing and resilience through informal education, coaching, mentoring, counselling, skills acquisition.


To engage girls, young women, parents, volunteers, and members of staff with kindness, trust, respect, empathy, humility, and compassion


Our objectives are enshrined around our determination toward addressing SDG 5 goal as it affects BME girls and young women through: 

Empowerment of girls and young women through lifelong coaching and mentoring programmes

Working in synergy with relevant organisations to help BME girls and young women to develop resilience and overcome peer pressure and mental health issues

Use of experienced facilitators to provide culturally sensitive counselling service toward overcoming gender based cultural discrimination and violence

Promoting sustainable activities that will help BME girls and young women to integrate in the fabric of their community.
